Product description
Channel steel is a common construction component and typically made from hot-rolled steel with a wide, flat surface and flanges at right angles on either side. The raw material billet of channel steel is carbon-bonded steel or low alloy steel billet with carbon content not exceeding 0.25%. Finished channel steel is delivered in hot processing, normalizing or hot rolling state.The outer edge is sharply angled while the inner surface contains radius corners.
